Assuming your domain is yourdomain.com and you want to setup your own email address  yourname@yourdomain.com using your cPanel. :

1. First connect to the internet as usual and log in your cPanel at www.besdns.com/cpanel using your cPanel username and your cPanel password. After log in you'll see :

2. From the top menu choose "Mail Menu" and you'll see :

3. Choose the 2nd "Add/Remove accounts" and you'll see :

4. Click [Add Account] located at the very bottom to create a new email account.

5. Type in Email username and password. Specify the quota (size of email account), 10 is the default. We recommend at least 5MB for an email account so that it is sufficient to receive and store emails. If you sign up for large space hosting, then you can assign more quota to it. Click "Create" to activate.

6. You'll see a confirmation being displayed. Click "Go Back" to view the new address.

7. That's all. You have a new email address yourname@yourdomain.com set up now. Try to login now at www.besdns.com/webmail with your full email address as the username and the password you assigned above.

8. Click on "neomail" or "horde" to access your email account. Because this is the first time you log in, you will be asked to set some information into the account. Follow instruction to proceed. [Top]
