My website is mydomain.com, can I setup email address sales@mydomain.com ?
Yes for sure. You can setup anyname@mydomain.com as many as you want provided it is within the total web space allocated. For example if your total space is 20MB, your webpages had taken up 10MB and you have only 10MB space left for email accounts. You can setup two 5MB email accounts or only one 10MB email account. You can setup five 2MB email accounts if you want but then each email account space is insufficient to receive and store more than 2MB of incoming emails. A minimum of 5MB is usually recommended. How many email address can I have ?
Basically unlimited but practically it depends much on how much space left after deducting those taken up by your own web pages. It is advisable to set a minimum of 5MB space for an email account so that it can receive and store a reasonable amount of emails. [Top]

How do I setup email address sales@mydomain.com ?
You can easily set it up through your control panel located at www.besdns.com/cpanel with your own username and password assigned to you. Then click here for step-by-step setup. [Top]

How to receive and send my emails ?
You have 3 ways to receive and send emails :
1. Online Webmail :
Type www.besdns.com/webmail into your browser and provide your full email address as your username yourname@yourdomain.com and password for this email account. Choose either "neomail" or "horde" to proceed. The benefit of webmail is that you will be able to read and send emails using this email address anywhere you are in the world.

2. Offline MS Outlook Express :
Before you can use Outlook Express (OE), you must first configure the POP3 and SMTP mail settings (see Outlook Setup). Then just connect to the internet as usual, launch OE from your desktop and click "receive" to download emails from our mail server. You can then read them offline and send emails by connecting to the internet again. The benefit of this is cost savings on internet connection fee when you read offline and write offline before sending. You can also save the emails in your computer too.

3. Redirect to hotmail :
You can also redirect all incoming emails to your favorite hotmail or any other email address. Before you can read with your hotmail, use your control panel to activate redirection (see below). Next time just login to your favorite hotmail and all emails can be read there. [Top]

Can I redirect all my emails to any other email address ?
