After placing order, how soon will my account be set
up?
Hosting account can be setup within 24-48 hours without any initial
payment. You can start uploading files and viewing your web pages live
24 hours a day for 20 days free of charge before you decide to pay. A
free domain name will be assigned to you. However if you prefer your
own domain name yourdomain.com , then you have to pay for it in
advance. For Standard plan and above, we will deduct this amount from

Do I need to pay first when I order web hosting
service?
Although we allow 20 days free trial for you to monitor our
performance before you pay, you need to pay for the internic domain
name registration first before account can be activated. However if
you sign up for Basic and Starter plan or if you already registered a
domain name somewhere else, no initial payment is necessary. Internic
domain name will be given free if you continue to host with us after
20 days free hosting. This amount will be deducted from your hosting

from you?
Not necessary. You can order and monitor how your web site performs on
our server for 20 days free before you decide to pay. When you satisfy

Domain name belongs to INTERNIC . Once registered, it can not be
refunded or cancelled. Therefore you need to pay first before we can
start the registration process. However if you continue to host with
us after 20 days free hosting is over, we'll deducted the amount you
paid for it from your hosting fee. Even if you do not continue hosting
with us, the domain name is still yours until the next renewal 12

Can I host more than one domain name per account?
Sign up BES500 plan and above, pay a one time $300, you can host
unlimited domains under one account. This also allow you to resell
hosting space from your own hosting account. However if want to point
additional domains to the same hosting domain, we do not charge any
additional fees for every extra domain name you point to your account
but the domain name must be registered through Besdomain.com. You just
need to pay for the domain name itself and email us to point your
domain. Parked domain names do not receive a control panel of their
own. We usually recommends the very inexpensive Standard accounts
instead, due to the fact that they come with their own control panel

What is Real Audio / Video ? How to use ?
They are real time audio and/or video transmission/playing systems. A
digital audio or video stream is transmitted from the server over the
internet to the destination and played immediately, rather than being
stored to disk first and then played. With this feature, visitors to
your website need not wait for several minutes, or longer, to listen
to an audio file, or view a video file, while the large file is
downloading. With Real( technology, the audio/video starts playing
from the first few bytes of data that is downloaded. This is called
streaming technology.
Each Real( audio or video file you wish to transmit requires two
files: a metafile with extension .ram, and the digital audio or video
clip itself, with extension .ra. The .ram file holds one or more lines
of ASCII text, each of which references the .ra file to be played when
the .ram file is accessed by the browser.
Entries in .ram files have the form:

Place your .ram and .ra files in the realaudio, or realvideo,
subdirectory under your public_html directory.
.ram files must be uploaded in ASCII mode while .ra files must be
