Terms definition : "We","our", "us" or "MyBes.com" shall refer to this company Ewanstop Internet. "You", "your" or "site owner" shall refer to the person signing up for our Web Site Promotion Services (thereafter called "WSPS") from our web site. 

Scope of Service : WSPS is a web site promotion services to submit your web site URL to the major search engines listed on our web site and guarantee that your web site URL will be included in some of the search engines for as fast as the time published on our web site for the particular group of search partner, from the time we submit your request. This is solely a paid for inclusion service, which do not cover any other kind of search engine related services like optimization and ranking. Once your URL appear in any one of the search partners selected within the time frame stated, WSPS is considered completed.

List of Search Engines for inclusion : Refer to our web page for current list of search engines. However search engines frequently change partners. There is no guarantee that the list will remain the same at all time. Google, dmoz, Netscape and AOL are not in the list of search engines for our WSPS. We listed them under the free added service to when you order all packages.

Search Engine Rules : These are general rules outlined by most of the major search engines for site acceptance into their database. You are responsible to ensure that your URL submitted comply with the following guidelines :

• Do not submit mirror sites. Mirror sites are sites that contain identical content, but have altogether different URLs. 
• Do not submit URLs that contain only the same or similar content as other sites. Multiple submissions of the same or related sites may result in the exclusion and/or deletion of those and all affiliated sites. 
• Do not disguise your submission and submit the same URL more than once.
• Do not submit any site with an address that redirects to another address or use cloaking method.
• Do not submit sites with illegal content examples child pornography; libel; material that infringes any intellectual property right; and material that specifically advocates, solicits or abets illegal activity (such as fraud or violence). 
• Do not submit sites "under construction." Wait until a site is complete before submitting it.
• Do not submit sites contain broken graphics or links.
• Submit non-English sites to the appropriate category under World. 
• Don't submit sites consisting largely of affiliate links (fewer than 100 links).
• Make sure that your TITLE and ALT tags are descriptive and accurate.
• Check for correct spelling and HTML coding.
• Avoid submitting dynamic pages .Not every search engine spider crawls dynamic pages as well as static pages.
• Avoid hidden text or hidden links.
• Don't load pages with irrelevant words with the purpose of trying to fool search engines.
• Make sure your site is up and running all the time.

Your Obligations : You are responsible for the content and activities on your website. We do not check against your web content nor provide any advice on improving it before submitting. You must make sure all site content meeting the Search Engine Rules outlined above and that of individual search engines. You must make sure the URL submitted is correct. No amendment can be made after submission to search engines.

Limited Warranty; Limitation of Liability; Indemnification : You expressly agree that use of WSPS is at your sole risk. In no event shall MyBes.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or other consequential damages. In no event shall our maximum liability exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the service. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold MyBes.com harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs resulting from claim and disputes.

Money Back Guarantee : You may claim for 100% refund if non of the search engines in the list include your URL into their database after 72 hours from our submission time. However this guarantee void if the cause of reject is due to the site content failed to meet the Search Engines Rules.

Payment : All payment shall be made in advance before we can proceed the submission of your site. Payment made is not refundable unless in the condition spelled under "Money Back Guarantee" above.

Cancellation : In any circumstances, no cancellation shall be entertained after payment is made. However we may cancel your order at our sole discretion if we find that your site do not meet the Search Engine Rules.

Changes in Pricing : You agree that we may change the pricing at any time at our sole discretion.

Changes in Web Submission Terms : You agree that we may from time to time amend this Web Submission Terms without first announce it through any medium or to any party.
